It has been a good way to keep me amused, in between packing up, we leave early tomorrow morning, I hate leaving but have to confess that for the first time I am missing my comfortable bed and chair.
We did go for a walk this morning so I am keeping up the exercise, but although I thought we hadnt eaten very much yesterday my tummy and reflux played up so I didnt sleep at all well.
Its a b... getting old!

Love Carla's book. Absolutely right for holidays.
I eat less than I used to. First time I came to in the middle of the night with heartburn ("so that's what that is") I thought: there might have to be some changes made. Merry Christmas!
Oh, LOVE YOUR BIRDIES, as usual!!! So cute!
I too love Carla's book and I have signed up for the year of the Fairy Tale.
I find if I keep my starch/carb levels down I don't get the heartburn and if I do eat grains I make sure they have had a good long soak first and beans I always sprout before cooking.
