The Bluff on a grey and misty day

This has not scanned as well as I had hoped, my sea and sky are much stronger. I saw the bluff almost suspended on a grey and misty day and have been wanting to do a very almost nothing painting, there really was no difference between where the sky began and the water ended.
I have been very busy doing textile stuff and havent had a lot of time for sketching or paining.
We are heading for 5 days at least over 35 degrees next week, they are forcasting 3 days over 41 degrees so I will be staying close to home and hoping some idiot doesnt light a fire.

Very effective Penny. We often see the Althorpe Islands like this from our property on KI.

This morning the sea and sky here were both almost silver, then three hours later when we drove back the sea was bright blue. It's hot here and we're in for four days of it they say. As a kid in Swan Hill we had it hot every summer and we just went swimming in the channel a lot.
