Permission to play

A few moments, a painted background, a sprayed stencil, a stamp some drawing around hearts and words.
Fun.
I have no idea what I would do with these but they are relaxing and fun to do.
Occasionally one needs to go back to childhood and play.

I love this - it is free spirited and I think I might try something like this myself,. I have a mental block when it comes to drawing or painting but this is lovely and I think I could do it - so watch this space Penny.

I think everyone creates most freely when they let their inner child out to play. No rules, no restrictions, no preconceived ideas---just going with the flow and doing what feels right. Fun!

This is so fun! I was doing a bunch of painting/collaging in a book the financial statemtns came in. I think it made a much better art journal! It is such a relaxing...enjoying the moment kind of thing...yours turned out so sweetly!!!

We all agree with you about the need to play, Penny. In fact, I think we need to do it more than we do to offset that grim Ms Critical Within that blocks us so much.
