I also think I am having problems with getting my sketches straight on the scanner.
It is raining hard this morning, wonderful to hear it although it is freezing cold.
I have Tabby's dog Spot staying and yesterday he disapeared from the area by the back door and there was a panic on but he re appeared quite happily an hour or so later. So he missed out on a walk. I am walking while I am doing these Kangaroo Island sketches.

Hi Penny, Thank you for visiting my blog. I'm really enjoying yours, what a great wy to visit a place I may never get to go. Please keep posting, Casey
Wow! What a grand hotel! I love the way you were able to capture it, Penny -- something very difficult for me to do! And the closeup of the grill work -- super!
The cast iron is tricky to draw but has lovely shapes. Maybe white against black would work too.
You have had wild weather lately too I expect?
W.
I love this style of architecture with the balconies and cast iron.
The Ozone is a lovely old pub... not so sure about the new annex however! We love the view across the bay from the front steps and our aged King Charles Cavalier (Ollie) adores the calm beach. I like to collect the smooth coloured green and clear glass which gets washed up in copious amounts. Not sure what I will ever do with it though.
