It was so hot I was up early and doing the watering and decided to have another try at the far end of the Penneshaw Bay working from a tonal sketch I had made.
Still not satisfied with it but something to put up.

The land is wearing sunglasses! No wonder - it is so hot. Tipped to be 41 here in Geelong today.
Happy New Year to you all there. It's our wedding anniversary - 41 - and I think we are going to a little party of fund-raisers for a school in Fiji. I conk out before midnight so don't know whether we will still be up watching fireworks at Eastern Beach etc.
