Managed some colour

He does look very startled and the colour is not what I painted him in.
I still cant paint roosters!
The cold has moved to my chest, no moving away from home for a while.
Freezing cold mornings and the occasional burst of sun. Thank heaven for a nice warm fire.
Its not quite as bad as the bit of doggerel below.

Depression,
desperation. cough. breath,
tomorrow I will be better.

Keep warm, drink as much as you can, eat plenty of fruit and think positive. I have had a similar thing here and it is even worse when the weather is warm outside - do hope you soon feel better - and, by the way, I rather like the look in that rooser's eye!

You know, I noticed when I added color to my ibis bird, it seemed to come to life! This is what has happened with your chicken! I love him!!! Your plain sketches are wonderful, but the addition of color is devine!!!
So sorry you are still feeling poorly. You better feel better by tomorrow...or off to the doctor you go!!! You hear??? :)
That poem you wrote tells me you may need some help to get over this! Are you taking your Vitamin C and OJ...plenty of fluids and rest? Glad you are staying in.
FEEL BETTER, OK???

He is a lovely rooster!
Penny, I hope you will soon be on the mend. It's awful to feel so lousy and to be unwell.
